. I'm looking for someone to take over my roommates portion of rent until July 1st and then re-access after that. In all honesty, i'm looking to rent a house and look for 2 roommates after my lease is up. My current roommate had a family emergency and had to move back home out of state. .
I'm currently living in a townhouse in Greece Rent split would be 673 before utilities. Townhouse includes heat and water. We would pay electric which has been ranging from 60-80 split. PM questions and/or if you know someone who may be interested. References needed.
Looking for Someone who:
- can do basic chores around the place
-I'm a very quiet laid back gal
-I go to work during the week
-I'm looking for someone around my age 29(20's early 30's), responsible, respectful, is okay with a dog, friendly, easy going, good communication
