Need a clean, kind roommate

Small room, old house but cheap rent! I know the landlord he’s family. He pays for gas we pay electric and wifi. There is NOT a working dishwasher and the oven is iffy but the stove works just fine. We live on the second floor. In the bedroom it’s carpeted.

It gets cold in the winter, requires AC unit in room in summer. I’m 26 I’m in school and working so busy af and not looking for a friend really just someone who is VERY clean, kind and willing to contribute to household supplies like cleaning and tp. I’m very clean and expect a roommate who does the same and takes out the trash and does and ours away dishes!

I have a boyfriend he may come over once or twice a week but he generally doesn’t stay much. If he does he’s not an overstay tour welcome type of man. I have friends over but not often as I’m super busy with school! I like to play my guitar once in a while but usually when nobody is home. We have a washer dryer in the basement we share with the neighbor, he bought it. Sometimes he has parties but generally he’s very sweet. We have parking as well as a front porch.

Your closet is in the family room, which is odd but has worked. Reach out if you have questions and if you find this appealing we can talk. The rent is 750 total but 375 per person per month which is pretty much the lowest rent in the city! I’m looking March and past as my current roommate want to move out.
