Great space for serious renter

I have a great setup here. There's an upstairs furnished bedroom and private bath with use of a full kitchen, dining room, backyard, etc. It's nice and quiet here. I am the only other person here, and I'm pretty much a homebody. I do cat rescue and foster out of my home, and I also have a dog. So you really need to love animals, even though they don't have access to your space.

I'm located a quarter of a mile to exit 20 off the Southern State Parkway, half a block to the N35 bus, two blocks to fast food, supermarket, banking and more.

Close to Nassau Community College, Molloy, Hofstra, South Nassau Communities Hospital and Mercy Hospital. 15 minutes to Jones Beach.
