The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The living room has 2 leather sectional sofas with recliners that fit 5-6 people, a flat screen TV and a coffee table. The kitchen has a dining table that fits up to 8 people, chairs, fridge, microwave, pantry, and cabinets. The bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a bath with glass doors, a wall cabinet and a mirror. The building is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from the apartment you have a Stop and Shop, CVS, Dunkin Doughnuts, Walgreen, Hospital and an Urgent care. There are also several places to get food nearby.
Transportation: Less than a block away from the bus number N-25 which can take you to the Stewart Manor LIRR for transportation to Manhattan, or on the street parking if you have a car.

The rent is $850/month it includes all utilities; electric, water, heat, unlimited hot water, high speed Wi-Fi, AC. You will need to provide first month's rent and one-month security deposit in order to move in (total $1,700). Pay stubs/Proof of income & references required.
