Two young prof. females looking for roommate

My roommate and I are looking for one roommate in a four bedroom house. We are both females ages 25 and 27 and work for a CPA firm. The house is in a great location and close to the train station. Roommate preferably female and age range 23-40. Must be a professional not a student - landlord will need proof of income and credit score information. No brokers fee but will need to pay a security deposit of $900 and first months rent when you move in. Utilities range from $100-150 a month. House is furnished but bedroom is not. Read Less
