The whole house is newly renovated, all four rooms are relatively large and equal in size. Has washer/dryer, dishwasher, driveway, and ample street parking. The other 3 roomies are all-male medical/PhD students. It is in a convenient location that is close to everything you ever need: Costco, Target, Ikea, H-mart, TJmaxx, a large mall, and close to an LIRR station. First-month payment would be $800 security + $800 rent + $800 brokers fee. Short-term of at least 5 months minimum stay or up to 1-year lease available. Looking to fill ASAP.
