We have a room available in our 3 bedroom apartment, located within walking distance from the train station and local shops.

About the Apartment:

Location: Situated in the heart of Locust Valley, our apartment offers easy access to LIRR (Oyster Bay line) and nearby amenities.
Layout: The apartment features three bedrooms, a shared living space, kitchen, and bathroom.
Rent: $1000 per month, plus utilities (typically ranging from $60 to $100 per month).
Roommates: You'll be living with two other females in their mid-late twenties, who are full-time working professionals.
Availability: The room will be available starting July 1st, as one of our current roommates is moving out.

Additional Details:

Unfurnished: Room comes unfurnished. The furniture in the photos belongs to previous tenant who might be willing to sell some of it if interested.
Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
Parking: Plenty of street parking is available.

We value good communication and mutual respect for each other's privacy and sleep schedule. One of the tenants works early hours and goes to bed pretty early (10pm). No smoking or wild parties. Guests are welcome as long as everyone is given a heads up. Looking for someone responsible and mature to cohabitate peacefully with.
