Large bedroom available in A great space :)

Hey! Thanks for taking a look at our posting. Looking to fill a room in a three bedroom 1.5 bath apartment, shared bathrooms , kitchen and living room space. It is located in the East End of Long Beach. We're one 32 yr old female and a 26 yr old male , mature and responsible. The place is located about a block and half from the beach and within walking distance to the LIRR. Our apartment has good storage space and a great backyard.

We're respectable of the shared space and while we may entertain once in a while, we prefer the party not come back to our place. Basically looking for a roommate who is clean, calm, communicative, and respectful. Due to the recent pandemic, I?m offering to start off with a FaceTime and or video chat meeting in which we can do a virtual walk through of the bedroom & apartment.
