Beach front house near colleges, 5 rooms

The house is on the beachfront of long beach. It has an awesome balcony.

Me and my current roomate are looking to get out of the dorms and are looking for 3 more roomates to get this house starting at the beginning of next semester (late August early September.)

Rent and Utilities will be evenly split.

Rent may get negotiated down with land lord. Rent estimate is $700 and Utility estimate is $300 to 400. Utilities include, electricity, gas, water, cable, gigabit internet, telephone, trash pickup.

No pets, not our rule sorry

Guests allowed, moderate parties allowed with notice, Overnight guests permitted in rooms with no notice, and in shared space with permission from other housemates.
