Perfect for young professional mid 20s to mid 30s. House is located 5 minutes away from beach and 5 minutes from LIRR station = excellent location! Has a yard, laundry machines, dishwasher, and parking is usually not a problem. The lease is for a year starting 7/1. Rent is $1100 and utilities is around $150.
