One of the rooms currently occupied by 31yo male professional. Downstairs is my bedroom and office (I’m a 41 to IT consultant and wfh 2 days a week, other 3 I’m in the city) another living room, and a kitchen that can be shared if needed. Off street parking is available in the 3 car driveway, LIRR is less than a 5 minute walk. Beach is less than 10 minute walk.
