Medium size (10' x 11') bedroom with very large closets for rent in the quiet highly desirable Southgate Bar Harbour community townhomes in Massapequa Park. Looking for a quiet, respectable, working professional, non smoking roommate who also must be pet friendly! We are two friends (man and woman, early 40s) and have 2 cats. There are furnished shared common areas (1/2 bathroom, LR, DR, Kitchen, Garage, BBQ) and you would share a full bathroom with one person. Room can be offered furnished with TV, bed, dresser and shelfing for additional small fee. Utilities are additional and split 3 ways (approximately 250 pp for all, includes house cleaning service).
