I am professional working woman, who along with my dog Jazzie is looking for a non-smoking person to share my 3br/1.5bath house. The house is close to major highways, shopping centers and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bedroom for rent has two windows, new lighting, ceiling fan, a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, chest and tv. Kitchen, living room, den and bathrooms are all shared. Cablevision, Wi-Fi, central a/c and all utilities included. Backyard has a deck, patio and BBQ. Washer and dryer available to use. You don't need to bring anything but clothes and yourself. I am looking for someone stable and professional who will treat the house, myself and my dog with respect.
