Seeking Roommate

i’m currently seeking a roommate for my two bedroom apartment. preferably a female college student. It is the top floor of a 2 story house. One private bedroom, One shared living room, One shared bathroom, One shared kitchen. very clean and spacious. and I would like to continue it that way clean and in order. no smoking is allowed here. and there will be a cat living here. no dogs allowed. we have a lot of space for parking. and we are located right by the West Hempstead train station.
