Large bedroom with private bath

I'd love to share my split ranch with you. Your bedroom will be at the top level of the house and will have access to your own private bath along with a shared living room and dinning room. My family still lives in the home for this is a spare room. We are all professionals and/or students, so the house can either be filled or empty on any given day. I am looking for professionals or students who need a convient and affordable place to stay. The best way I can describe my home is, its a peaceful place filled with love and positive energy. I'm looking to find guests who'll blend right in.
