Looking for a reliable responsible roommate. The space for rent has its own private full bathroom and complete living room. The tenant will have access to the laundry room and garage if needed. The area also has its own driveway that tenants can use. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Depending on what is needed either one or two bedrooms will be available. Willing to work out details for the right person. This is a house and the current tenant lives upstairs with their own bedroom/ bathroom and living room.
