My Little Cottage

The house is still in the process of having work done. Will not be available until mid to late September. Looking for a third roommate, male or female. A lease will be given, must be able to meet before hand. Utilities are included in the rent but depending on usage might go up a little bit. New furniture is being added and updated. This room shown has its own private bathroom as well.
