I am a professional female living in Astoria and working in Manhattan looking for a roommate in a two bedrooms apartment.

I am looking for someone who is a serious student or professional, who is respectful, clean, quiet, and who overall understands the concepts of living with a roommate.
I work full time, so I need a quiet home to rest.
No bring the party home and/or has overnight guests, NO SMOKING.
I have cats. If you have a small pet, it may be okay... we will talk.
The rent of a room is $900 including utilities.(Electricity, Gas, Heater and Internet)
Located in the heart of Astoria. Only half block to R and M trains / Steinway St. stop. Several blocks to N and W trains / Broadway. 10 minutes to Mid-town, NYC !
Close to all ( Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets, Gyms, Movie Theater, and Laundromats.)
It is a 2 bedroom apt, you will be sharing the kitchen and bath.
The room has a bed, desk & chair.

1st month and 1 month deposit are required to move in.
