Room in Astoria

Hello!

I am renting (short-term) a large bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Astoria -- very safe, near lots of shops, laundromats, supermarket, produce stands, restaurants. It’s extremely convenient to Manhattan, 2 blocks from the N train (30th Ave stop) and 15 minutes to Midtown.

Your room is light and airy, furnished with a twin bed, wool rug, bookcase with baskets (can be used as a dresser), a closet & window that gets a lot of morning light. There is also a curtained nook that I use for storage in that room, but would not need to access while you’re there, so your room is private.

Rent is $1230 and includes internet. We would be splitting the electric bill evenly.

There is WiFI and network TV, but no cable TV.

I’m a woman in my 40's, laid-back, respectful. I work in book publishing.

I’m looking for someone nice, respectful, and employed. I consider my apartment calm and not a place to bring the party home. I'm fully vaccinated/boosted and ask that you are, too!
