Huge King Size Bedroom in Astoria 3/1

Hi! Looking for someone to fill a huge, furnished (furniture can also be removed, if you'd like!) bedroom (11’ x 15’) in a very spacious, bright apartment in Astoria, Queens starting March 1st.

** THE APARTMENT
Bedroom is furnished and includes a large wall to wall wardrobe with a huge amount of hanging space as well as sliding drawers. Nightstand, dresser, TV, and AC included. The room is a north-facing bedroom with a quiet courtyard view and access to the fire escape. The apartment is a second-floor walk-up and has a spacious living room area with great natural light, a large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and a shared bathroom.

It's a 3-bedroom apartment with the smaller bedroom occupied through the spring, so you'll be sharing the apartment with myself and one other person until then. Utilities approximately $100/month in the summer months.

** LOCATION
Located around the corner from the Astoria Boulevard stop on N/W line, down the block from multiple laundromats, and an 8-minute walk to Astoria Park. Situated between both Ditmars Blvd. and 30th Avenue, the location is a short walk to amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops, in addition to gyms, supermarkets, drugstores, etc.

** ROOMMATES
I'm a friendly and social 33-year-old gay male working full-time in Public Relations. Currently working from home. Working during the day, usually just chill and watch some TV or read a book in the evenings. I enjoy the occasional dinner or drink with my roommates, have a laugh and chat about our day, etc., but respect everyone's boundaries and totally fine should they want to keep to themselves. Clean and neat, and very considerate of everyone's private time and space.
