Single Room in 3 bed apartment in New York

Hello :)

We are subletting our beautiful master bedroom from ASAP to September 1st. The room is fully furnished, with a queen-size bed, a TV with Firestick, a desk, a designer leather armchair, and a small closet space. Utilities are included in the rent.

About the apartment, the apartment is a three-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a 2 story house (lots of privacy). We are located on a very quiet and peaceful street, with great neighbors, only minutes away from Ditmars Boulevard on one side and Astoria Park on the other. The apartment is shared by 3 young working professionals, we have a shared bathroom and kitchen space that is kept clean and orderly at all times. The kitchen offers space for 2-4 people on a community dining table for evenings with the roommates.

There is absolutely no smoking in the apartment and overnight guests should not stay for weeks at a time without discussion with the other roommates. Small pets (except dogs) are ok as long as they are cleared with the other roommates.
