Cute cozy room in Astoria :) !

A cosy room, big enough for all the furniture in the pics, in a very nice and modern flat will be available from beginning of March, in order to renew a one-year lease starting 1st of April with the current two roommates. I am moving out because I am going back to Europe, but sad to leave this wonderful flat :(

We are looking for someone nice and easy to communicate with, clean and that works from the office most of the time. The roommates are super nice, friendly and easy to get along with ! Both young professionals, mostly working from home. You would be sharing the bathroom with only one of them :)

The room is perfect for someone who needs a small cozy space, 10min from Manhattan, 3mins walk to the R and M trains (46th Str). Preference for someone who moves in with no furniture and would buy what’s in the room. The neighbourhood is absolutely lovely, 7-8 min walk to Steinway and main part of Astoria. Gym, groceries and huge shopping area literally a 5min walk away. The price is unbeatable for the location and sooo worth it in my opinion.
