Looking to fill the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedroom 5th floor apartment in Astoria! The apartment is conveniently located a 5 minute walk off of the 30th Avenue N/W and close to tons of grocery stores, resturaunts, bars, etc! The room itself is fully furnished and has a massive 3 door wardrobe. Any furniture (besides bed or wardrobe) can be removed from room!

- washer/dryer in basement
- all utilities included in rent price
- most adorable friendly cats (Gwendolyn and Barnaby)
- can install optional air conditioner (may make electric bill a bit higher - can discuss)

I’m a super friendly and easy going TV props assistant working in Late Night Television. I am a super clean and respectful roommate and am looking for someone with similar qualities!
