Furnished Private Room for laidback Roomate

Read the whole description carefully and only message me if you think you would be a good fit:

-Large Private Room
-Fully Furnished
-Kitchen, Bathroom and Living room are shared
-You can use the Kitchen as much as you want no restrictions.
I live in the living room where I have my own space separated by a curtain.
-The train station is 5 blocks away, under 5m walking distance.
-N train 20m to Manhattan 60th street.
-$0 deposit just pay month to month. When you want to leave notify me two weeks in advance.
-Rent is non-refundable, you pay at the beginning of the month the $800 and if for some reason you decide to leave the following week, the rent won’t be refunded since you paid for the month. You need to notify me two weeks in advance that same month that you are moving.
-Utilities(Electricity and Cleaning lady comes in twice per month) are all $80 per month this is a fixed amount. Tenant is expected to pay this amount at the beginning of the month. It’s non-refúndanle so if you leave early we still need the services for future roommates.
-Internet is not included but tenant can pay an optional $25 for it.
-Laundry is across the street and it cost $10 for both washing and drying.

Ideal:
Relax Roomate who doesn’t mind being around a disorganized, a bit messy environment. I have a very artistic personality.

-I don’t like getting into “cleaning arguments.” You are aware that if you are staying that the apartment will a bit messy, thought it won’t be dirty since the cleaning staff comes twice a month.

Forbidden Items, read carefully before messaging me:
-No pets, I can’t have any pets in the apartment please do not message me if you have a pet. -No Matches, lighters, personal heaters, microwaves, needles of any kind, drugs ,cigarettes, weapons…etc.
-Please be upfront if you have a medical situation that requires needles, syringes...etc. Unfortunately, I can't accomodate people with special needs and would prefer you tell me so you find a more suitable space for you.

-No couples, I’m looking to rent to only one person.

-No guests, I strongly would prefer someone who doesn’t bring guests. Who just wants to use the room for themselves. From my end I don't bring guests.
