Large Sunny Bedroom for Rent in Astoria!

Large, sunny, front facing bedroom for rent STARTING AUGUST 1ST, 2024, in a 3 bedroom apartment in Astoria. (FEMALE ONLY!!!!)
You would be sharing the bathroom with one female (me). The other roommate is a male and has his own bathroom in his room. This is a 3rd floor walk up apartment with a balcony. There is a female cat living in the house. She's 3 years old and super super sweet! She's my baby and I take full responsibility for her. :)

A little about me. I work a full time job as a service advisor in Long Island City. I love gardening and have a little home garden that I keep. I'm super clean and organized. I would appreciate the same in return. (No dirty dishes in the sink!!! No hair in the drain!!) I love to cook but usually only use the kitchen for 1 hour in the evening to make dinner. I work 10 hours a day so I'm out of the house all day long and by the time I get home all I want to do is hug my cat, admire my plants, cook my dinner, and relax in my room LOL. I have off on weekends and usually spend much needed time at home cleaning or catching up with shows, or I visit family in Brooklyn. We don't have a lot of guests over unless it's the same guest all the time, which is totally fine. I just really don't want strangers in my house often, since I'm usually at work and just don't feel comfortable with strangers in my space. I have to keep my door cracked open for my cat to access my room while I'm at work, so personal space and trust is VERY important. We are SUPER easy to live with and hope we find the right fit. We share the living room and kitchen, which is all fully furnished and stocked. All you would need is bedroom furniture.

Ideally, I would prefer someone that is looking for a long term rental because I really don't have the time to post ads and look for a new roommate often.
