Seeking Roommate for Astoria Apartment

I am seeking a roommate for a private room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Astoria. Female preferred, but I will give everyone a shot. I am a working professional in my early 30s who is at home most of the time, so I would prefer someone who works on-site/hybrid, or who has a shifted schedule so that our routines won't conflict (I work 9-5). Looking for someone quiet, clean, and respectful.

$1500 rent + utilities per month
May 1 Move in (flexible)
Private room is roughly 10' by 16' - can fit a queen-sized bed plus plenty of additional furniture and has its own closet
The furniture in the common areas is mine, but the room itself is unfurnished
Ground floor apartment
Big kitchen with dishwasher
No pets or couples, please
