Hi everyone! I'm moving and have a lovely room to sublet for the summer. Price is $750 a month (heat and hot water included). Utilities + Wifi every month come to about $40 a person. It's a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom fourth floor walk-up in Astoria, Queens. You should have the opportunity to renew at the end of the summer
The apartment in on Astoria-Ditmars, 4 min walk from NW train, about 15-20 minutes into Manhattan. There is laundry within the complex of the building (not in unit).
You can buy the furniture in the room to have it fully furnished! All the girls are around 23-24 and split time between home, work, and partner's houses.
