One room available in the heart of Astoria

Hi! I have a bedroom available in my 2 bed/ 1 bath apt in the heart of Astoria starting July 1. Can be either short (1 month minimum) or longer term. The apt is located 3 blocks from the NW stop at 30th Ave and a few blocks from several buses. It’s right by tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores, gyms, and several parks. Apt includes an updated bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher. My landlord is also willing to add in-unit laundry starting this summer for additional cost. Bedroom has a large closet, AC window unit, and ceiling fan. Living area is mostly furnished and bedroom can come either furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference! Great natural light and no upstairs neighbors. Must be POC-friendly, queer-friendly, respectful and clean. $1600/month. Photos of bedroom are mine but bedrooms are the exact same size.
