1 room avail. Astoria-Ditmars June 1 - August 31

Hi! I’ve been living in Astoria for almost 2 years and I am looking to move in with my partner whose lease is up before mine. The apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up in a large complex just a few minutes from the last stop (Astoria-Ditmars) on the N/W. I found the location super convenient when I was working in Midtown. There are a lot of restaurants/bars/shops on Ditmars which is accessible on foot in just a few minutes. Landlords are fairly easy to work with. In addition to rent posted utilities (Internet/Electricity) tend to be around $70-80 per month. Additionally, my roommate and I work a lot so we are not home together much, but like to maintain a tidy place especially the shared spaces.
