The amount is $1050 a month in a quiet area in Astoria between 36th Street and 28ave. The apartment is located approximately 10 min away from N/W train station both 30av and Astoria Boulevard. The properly has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Amenities include : AC, Internet, Heating, etc. Room is furnished and utilities are included. Walking distance from the laundromat, restaurants, gym, and Local cafe.

The ideal candidate is clean, respectful of other people's spaces, and friendly. There is a high possibility to extend the contract for the remainder of the year.

The place is currently coed with 2 roommates - one male and one female.
The security deposit is $500.
