Our current roommate will be moving at the end of June, so we are looking for a male roommate to move into our three-bedroom apartment by July 1st.

PRIVATE ROOM:
Medium size bedroom with a closet in a 3-bedroom apartment.
You will have two roommates - working professionals.

APT:
The building has three units and we’re on the top/third floor. The apt is a three-bedroom with central heating and AC in the living room to keep the place cool during the summer. There is one full-bath (shared) and a half-bath located in the master bedroom, kitchen, dining space, and huge living room.
All in all, nice, clean apt. fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, Toaster, Microwave, dishwasher machine, laundry machine and dryer...
The living room is with an Air conditioner, and a big TV set.

LOCATION:
Excellent location. Great, quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks from R/M 46th Street train station on Broadway, close to excellent restaurants, shops, markets, bars, and shops in general, 15-20 minutes from Manhattan.
Huge free sports playground (basketball court, 3 tennis courts, athletic track…)

LOOKING FOR:
Someone respectful of other people’s lifestyles and schedules, especially when it comes to sleep. It’s important this person also helps keep the common areas of the apartment tidy and clutter-free, like cleaning their own dishes and not leaving them in the sink for days on end. Please don't bring the party home with you.

Home is the base where everything begins.
To live with someone is more than to sleep in your room.
Be normal, clean after yourself, respect your roommates, be a good friend and you will get the same. 

RENT:
$1200/month
During the summer months, ConEd is shared because of the extensive use of AC

CONDITION to move in:
Move-in: July 1st, 2024
1st-month rent + one-month security deposit
Copy of ID
6 months lease – let’s see if we are a good match
There is no fee to rent.
