Looking for a roommate

Cozy apartment for a responsible professional. I just snagged a great apartment in an amazing location and I’m looking for a roommate to share the space with. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment will be. Your room can fit a queen-sized bed, desk and has a deep closet. More pics to come. It’s just a couple of blocks from the 30th avenue stop, where there’s a 24hr grocery and lots of restaurants to choose from. Please be responsible with rent, help in keeping the shared spaces clean (no overnight dishes, keep the bathroom clean after use, trash/recycling, and just general upkeep, nothing crazy) and be respectful and trustworthy, as I offer the same. Occasional guests may be okay, but no strangers or permanent significant others please, it’s a small place for more than 2 people. You will be sharing an apartment with me, a chill creative type and my 2 very shy and sweet cats, so while they will be my responsibility, you would have to like animals so that everyone in the apartment can feel comfortable and at home. I like art, sports, cooking, plants, and the occasional trashy tv. I will have a small indoor garden with lettuce and microgreens that you are welcome to partake. Pls tell me a bit about yourself when you respond. Month to month commitment with a possibility of long-term. We will split utilities (WiFi, electricity - should be around $150 max for each roommate). ID, previous landlord and references will be checked. 1 month rent and 1 month deposit required.
