Your roommate:

• A laidback, and respectful professional. Easygoing, and a good
communicator.
• Reasonable expectations but looking for someone also inclined to tidiness in a co-living situation.

Requirements:

• No pets.
• No smoking/vaping. No drugs in the house.
• Room for 1 person only.
• Not for people working from home.
• Shared wi-fi and gas/electric bills.
• Shared cleaning and maintenance of shared spaces
• 1st month’s rent and 1 month’s rent deposit.
• Must be able to show sufficient income and good credit.
• Be responsible, mature, and polite.

Special consideration is given to airline crew members and medical residents who spend less time in the house. In these cases, I will take care of cleaning shared areas.
