Room available with full bathroom available in 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Astoria apartment with a shared outdoor space. You'll occupy a large bedroom that can fit a queen bed, plus a dresser, bookshelf, with ample closet space. The kitchen and living are connected- large for NYC, TV (with all the streaming services imaginable) and big windows that look out to the street. We also have a very cuddly dog named Nova that doesn't shed and is quiet and friendly. Apartment is fully furnished, previous roommate willing to negotiate price for furniture if requested (loft bed frame, mattress - full, tapestry rod, wooden shelves, chest of drawers seen in closet, rug & love seat.

You will live with two females in their late 30s, One is an extrovert and the other an introvert, but our vibes all mesh so we're open to all kinds of people, as long as you're anti-trum, politically inclined and are cool with signage in the window displaying our political beliefs. We try to live as sustainably as possible, we compost, limit plastic use.

Lovely part of Astoria that's about a 3-minute walk from the N/W Astoria BLVD & M60SBS. You'll be one block from a nice C-Town grocery store and two (avenue) blocks from Ditmars, a lively street with lots of bars and restaurants as well as 24th ave. Broadway in Astoria is a short bike ride/walk away as well. There are also four sizable, well-kept parks within walking/biking distance. Additional nearby attractions include Astoria Park/Pool and the QED comedy club. If you don't know Astoria well, it's a quiet, diverse and friendly neighborhood!

Cost: $1500 (monthly rent) + $1500 (deposit) + $150 (monthly utilities: WiFi, coned, professional cleaner 1x/month)
