Smaller Bedroom in 2 Bedroom Apartment

Hi! I’m Theodora. I’m currently a High School Special Education teacher and have previously studied Philosophy, Religion and Economics. Nowadays I’m a fun loving lady/girl trying to be about her business.


I’m looking for a female roommate only.
I wake up at 6 am and sleep around 10-11. If you are a night owl this won’t work. :/

Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom will be our shared areas. Prefer someone who is currently working, neat, leaves things how they found them Conscientious, communicative when necessary and with a friendlier disposition. I’m open to you having a couple friends over once or twice a week as long as they are respectful of our things and noise. If you are neat but not a clean freak we can share a cleaning lady every couple of weeks.
