I'm looking for a roommate to fill an empty room. I have pretty much the whole apartment furnished and keep it clean. It's close to public transportation and if you have a car you can pretty much always find a parking spot nearby.
I prefer my roommate to be clean and communicative. If there's ever a problem, they should feel free to speak up. We don't have to be the closest of friends, but I'd love to hangout every now and again. Not that big into hosting parties, but every now and again I'll have a friend or two over.
