Nearest cross street is northern Blvd. A couple of blocks from bell blvd and the train. Bell has many bars/restaurants and stores. Everything within walking distance. Parking not an issue here.

Apartment has two full bathrooms so sharing isn’t an issue. Only this room is being rented to anyone. Utilities and the highest available speed of fiber optic wifi on the market is included. Washer and drier, balcony, large living room with 85” tv, good size kitchen with skylight.

The room is about 10x10, has a closet, xl twin bed with storage drawers. 40” Roku tv.

I won’t be home much as I work 24 hours at a time. I’m married, nyc fireman and looking for a quiet responsible person. I will not be here often. When I’m not working, I’m visiting my wife or mother who’s in hospital.
