The room is in a two bedroom apartment; located in North Corona (34 Avenue and 113 Street), it is bright and furnished (16 x 10 feet / 160 square feet).

The room has a firm twin bed with bedding, a closet, dresser, computer desk with chair, TV stand, night stand, bookshelf and carpets.

Shopping is nearby, free street parking and laundry is in the basement. No pets are allowed in the building. Please no cigarette smoking in the apartment, pot is ok.

Prior to moving in, a one month rent of $950, which includes utilities and Wifi, plus a one month security deposit of $950 and $65 deposit for electronic fob-key for building in cash is required. Total cash prior moving is $1,965.

It’s a 35 minutes subway ride to Manhattan midtown on the 7 train from the 111 street subway station and 5 minutes to Flushing on the Q66 bus around the corner at Northern Blvd. It is a 10 minutes walk to the Bay Park, Mets, NY Soccer Team and US Open stadium at Flushing Park, which has also cruising and sports activities year around. Across the street is Hinton Park with Soccer, Volleyball and Handball fields and CitiBike rental. Only 10 minutes to LaGuardia and 20 minutes to JFK airport.

Please note: I am new to nudism and would welcome a male roommate who would enjoy living with a like minded roommate, nudist friendly is ok, not sexual. A walk through of the Apartment in nude is available.
