Professional Woman Roommate wanted

Hey there! We are 2 remote corporate gals In our 20’s looking for a 3rd roommate in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex condo. We look forward to FaceTiming + asking and answering questions to make sure our next roommate is a match! Looking for an end of January/ Feb 1 move in.

The room comes with a mounted Roku television and ottoman (can me tossed if unneeded). The bed is no longer in the room. The rest of the home is fully furnished. We have very little space for additional kitchen items, but do have some allocated space!

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year lease
Monthly Rent - $1,200
First, Last + Deposit = $3,600 prior to move in
The application required prior to move in will include a background check and pay stub check.

The Neighborhood:

Corona, queens is a lovely suburban cultural Mecca full of amazing food!

We are a short 45 minute train ride away from Manhattan, and 1 stop away from flushing!
Nestled between two malls, we have access to nice suburban amenities like target, Costco and ikea.

We are also a 20 minute walk to beautiful Flushing Meadows Park, home toArthur Ashe Stadium! (Yes we have US open parties)

Transportation:
- 15 minute walk to Q72 bus: 45 mins to LGA
- 10 minute walk to Q23 bus -> E train -> Airtrain: 57 mins to JFK
- 20 minute wralk to 103 Corona Plaza - 7 train

Roommate notes:
We upheld ourself on keeping a clean, warm home, and cleaning up after ourselves. We enjoy social time together, but also find importance in having our own time, and a home calm enough that everyone can function how they need to!

We split the following costs that comes up the less that $150 each a month.
