Looking for Male Roommate !

Renting spare room for 700$ monthly ! Room is located in a spacious basement shared by two roommates (my father and another gentleman). I moved out so I am looking for someone responsible to take my place. There’s a bus right across the street as well as the 7 train (103rd Corona Plaza) 10-15 minutes away walking. The basement has two entrances, upstairs there are three other floors who have families living there. We expect you to be very respectful if the space.

Kitchen/bathroom is available for your complete use, living room is limited. You can use any pots that we have in the kitchen already! The room we are renting DOES NOT include the dressers. Bed and bed frame is included with the room, you just have to provide your own bed sheets and pillow !

My father is very friendly and chill, speaks both English and Spanish. the other roommate Fernando is also very friendly and laid back, speaks Spanish only. We are looking for a roommate who is very respectful, cleans up after himself, communicative, and friendly. Outside visitors are restricted. First you would get in contact with me then if I feel you deem fit then I will get you in contact with my father who is the tenant.

¡Alquiler de habitación libre por 700 $ mensuales! La habitación está ubicada en un espacioso sótano compartido por dos compañeros (mi padre y otro caballero). Me mudé así que estoy buscando a alguien responsable para tomar mi lugar. Hay un autobús justo al otro lado de la calle, así como el tren 7 (103rd Corona Plaza) a 10-15 minutos a pie. El sótano tiene dos entradas, arriba hay otros tres pisos que tienen familias viviendo allí. Esperamos que seas muy respetuoso con el espacio.

La cocina y el baño están disponibles para su uso completo, la sala de estar es limitada. ¡Ya puedes usar cualquier olla que tengamos en la cocina! La habitación que alquilamos NO incluye los vestidores. La cama y el marco de la cama están incluidos en la habitación, ¡solo tiene que traer sus propias sábanas y almohadas!

Mi padre es muy amable y relajado, habla inglés y español. el otro compañero de cuarto, Fernando, también es muy amable y relajado, solo habla español. Buscamos un compañero de piso que sea muy respetuoso, limpio, comunicativo y amable. Los visitantes externos están restringidos. Primero, se pondrá en contacto conmigo y luego, si lo considera oportuno, lo pondré en contacto con mi padre, que es el teniente.
