Small bedroom available June 1st in Astoria - Ditmars area. The room comes with a full size closet and can fit a queen size bed. Will come unfurnished. Will need to commit to a one year lease.

Second floor of a family owned home. Landlord lives on the first floor and is very attentive and takes good care of the home. It is a three bedroom apartment - one male and one women. We are both very quiet and have lived in this apartment for a long time. I work from home while the male works mostly out of the apartment for long hours. We have a cleaner come once a month to make sure all the common areas stay clean and avoid issues.

Landlord will need copy of ID/drivers license, proof of employment with annual income and first months rent along with a security deposit of $850.
