Two open bedrooms for rent in a single family house near LGA. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the house and fit a queen sized bed and closets. The bathroom is shared with 2 other people at the moment.

We prefer someone that speaks spanish and will use the kitchen sparingly. If you have a car, street parking is relatively easy, however, we do have a driveway where you can store your car at an additional cost.

Both the supermarket and Laundromat are within 5 blocks of the house, so it makes it fairly easy for you to meet your basic needs.

The larger room is $950 inclusive of basic utilities like gas + electricity + wifi (except in the summer. we charge $50 a month for AC use).

Slightly smaller room is $825 inclusive of basic utilities like gas + electricity + wifi (except in the summer. we charge $50 a month for AC use).

We're asking for the security deposit + 1st month's rent and typical stuff like bank statements, paystubs, etc .

Ready to move in Feb1. If you need to move in earlier we can discuss it. The lease is month to month.
