Hello,
I have a medium room for rent in Jackson Heights if anyone is looking for a place. The rent is $975/month plus internet ($15/month) and electricity (varies by month and usage usually between $30-$50/month). Have to be okay with dogs (75 plus lbs Catahoula pit mix) and have to have a full time job with a steady income. proof of income is needed before seeing room. Private room. Everything else is shared with other roommates. 2 male roomates. one shares room with me female. Other has another private room. We're all in our 30's. Apt is decorated in a maximalist/antique style. Please check the set age range to make sure you fall in that age range. And check the pictures to see dogs and how the apt is decorated. Room is available if still posted again I will need proof of income before you can see the room. When messaging please let me know your age and what you do for a living and what your hours are.
