Bedroom is single bedroom - 11’ x 9’, and semi furnished. Apartment is lived in for a long time, a bit rustic, fully furnished includes shared large living room space, kitchen, bathroom.

Owner has a cat, works late hours meaning there’s plenty of private time if someone is conventionally busy 9-5 schedule. Work out equipment, gaming consoles, etc available as long as roommates are tidy, considerate, and friendly.
