Looking for one person to take up the 1 bedroom with bathroom in our 3 bedroom apartment in Flushing, near main street about a 5-7 minute walk to the 7 train (express about 30 min to
Manhattan) and 20 mins to Penn Station by Long Island Railroad.

This is perfect for someone who wants to move in for the longer term in a safe and convenient location in the heart of Flushing.

The room comes UNFURNISHED, and you will be sharing an apartment with 2 other people, both women. One is a accounts manager and the other is an Auditor. We have a really chill and comfy shared space. We both are quiet and have a fully stocked kitchen, access to living and dining room. There are 2 laundromats in the basement available to use.

We are looking for someone who is down to earth and gets along well with all the roommates, you don't have to be our best friend, but friendly would be preferred as we are pretty social ourselves. We are looking for someone who will be courteous and respectful of all our common spaces, will treat the room and things in the apartment as if they were their own.

Rent is $1250 which includes Heat and Hot water. WiFi use at your own risk. There is nothing I can do if you you receive intermittent WiFi in your room. Utilities in terms of electricity are addition and usually come to about $30-40 each person monthly depending on the time of the year. We don't have a lease but are only looking for long term prospects. First month rent + one month security deposit due 2500
