Furnished Cozy Room in Zen House

We have a furnished room available in our peaceful house. The room is listed at $930 per month plus utilities and comes with a full bed , a desk and closet. We're looking for someone who iwants a one or two month sublet from November to December or December only.

The room is on the second floor of the house and it is next to a bathroom with a tub/ shower. There is also access to a second full bathroom on the second floor.

This is a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The kind of abode that is a rarity in New York City. The atmosphere at the house is quiet and harmonious, so it's ideal to study and read. We don't have loud parties at home. All the roommates are respectful, peaceful, and tidy.. There are 3 roommates presently... a friendly international student doing a PhD in economics, a doctor and an art and mindfulness teacher. We are all in our late 20s and mid 30s.

MTA Subway
The E and F trains come to the closest stop in Forest Hills and run express in Queens. After taking the subway, you can be in 20-30 minutes in midtown Manhattan and Bryan Park, Times Square..

This location is close to all the stores, restaurants, and banks on Metropolitan Avenue. Trader Joe's is only a 7 minute walk. Forest Park is nearby for access to a large green area.
