Ideal for airline workers. The person who stays here can also enjoy an easy access to transportation to the E or F trains. The building is right across the train station.

The apartment will be shared with 2 other roommates and only you and another male room mate would share a bathroom. I am the main tenant, and i work in the hotel business. 5 days out of the week I will not be home until 11pm, but I am also an online college student, so the 2 days I’m home I study in the living room until late night. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful, perfect for walking or running. Nearby is Fresh Meadows lake.

About the area: The apartment is in a beautiful apartment building with 24 hours concierge service just a minute walk located by the 75 Ave train station (E, F trains ). During rush hours the train ride is 25-30 mins to Midtown Manhattan. The building is by Queens Blvd. and minutes to restaurants and shopping of trendy Austin street.
