Hello, my name is Ruth and I'm a working professional. I'm mostly away, but I come to visit from time to time and stay in the livingroom where there is an extra bed. I have a nice Golden Doodle, named Milo who comes with me when I stay here.
My son, Joseph is 20. He lives here in Forest Hills, and has the second bedroom. He has a full-time job in Queens. He would like to socialize from time to time with the roommate. He would be the 'share person' most of the time.
There are two bedrooms, a shared kitchen (small but functional), bathroom and livingroom.
We are looking for a nice student or professional , close enough in age to Joseph for this to feel comfortable. This person needs to help with chores to keep up the apartment.
