Private Room for Rent - Step away from E/F Train

Looking to sublet my room in a 3 bd and 1.5 bath apartment. one other room is currently being occupied and other room is empty for storage. This is apartment is located in Forest Hills. No pets are allowed in apartment. No broker fee involved and me and current roommate (both males) are conducting interview asap. Lease is over Sept 30th and the expected move-in date is June 1st (duration of the sublease would be 4 months). To move-in you would need to pay first month and security deposit. To start the process, we need the following documentation. W/2's, Bank Statements (last 3 months), Last 60 days paystubs, Employment Letter or offer letter (signed and dated on company letterhead), Clear legible copy of government issued ID with all edges showing, solid credit score and 40x Rent Roll annual income.
