Apartment is very clean, and the room has a new bed frame, mattress, and lamp for your use. Your private room is 11 X 17 feet, and has a closet.
Prefer a mature single female to share apartment with my disabled mother. No one else lives there. I have female nursing aides that come to care for my mother, and there is no obligation on you to assist in any way.
No couples, kids, single men, or pets. No pork cooking in the apartment, all other meats are okay. You must have a verifiable source of income, and provide references.
Rent is due weekly, every Friday at a rate of $185. You can also pay monthly at a rate of $800.
The apartment includes FREE utilities and internet.
MIMIMUM rental is 3 months.
